**E-Commerce Food/Groceries Vendor Web and Mobile Application Policy**

Welcome to Dopoosen Dot Com Sdn Bhd ("Dopoosen," "we," "us," or "our"). Our E-Commerce Food/Groceries Vendor Web and Mobile Application (the "Application") connects vendors, promoters, and customers in Malaysia to provide a seamless platform for purchasing and selling food and groceries. This policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern the use of our platform by vendors, promoters, and customers.


**5.2. Definitions**


- "Application" refers collectively to our web and mobile applications.

- "Vendor" refers to individuals or entities offering food and groceries for sale through the Application.

- "Promoter" refers to individuals participating in the Share, Promote, Earn (S.P.E) system by promoting products and earning commissions.

- "Customer" refers to individuals purchasing products through the Application.

- "Commission" refers to the fee charged to vendors for each successful sale, calculated at 8% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of 40 cents.

- "S.P.E Promoter" refers to a promoter who shares and promotes products to earn a commission.

- "S.P.E Customer" refers to a customer who purchases products using the S.P.E referral link to provide benefits to both the promoter and the customer.


**6. Vendor Terms**


- Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their products, including descriptions, prices, and images.

- Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the products they offer comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Vendors shall maintain an adequate stock of their listed products to fulfill customer orders promptly.

- Dopoosen reserves the right to review, approve, and remove products that do not meet quality or regulatory standards.


**6.1. Commission Structure**


- Vendors will be charged a commission of 8% for each successful transaction through the Application.

- The minimum commission for any transaction is 40 cents.

- For transactions involving an S.P.E Promoter, a 10-cent commission is deducted from the vendor's commission, and a 5-cent commission is given to the S.P.E Customer.

- Commission payments will be processed and deducted automatically from each transaction's total amount.


**6.2. Payment and Payouts**


- Vendors' commission payouts will be processed on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly or monthly), subject to any applicable processing fees.

- Commissions will be paid out to vendors' registered payment methods within a reasonable timeframe.


**7. S.P.E Promoter System**


- Promoters can participate in the S.P.E system to earn commissions by sharing and promoting products on the Application.

- Promoters will receive a 10-cent commission for each transaction made using their referral link.

- Promoters must adhere to ethical practices when promoting products and refrain from engaging in spam, misleading information, or fraudulent activities.

- Dopoosen reserves the right to review and deactivate promoter accounts that violate these terms.


**8. S.P.E Customer Benefits**


- Customers who make purchases using an S.P.E referral link will receive a 5-cent discount, benefiting both the customer and the promoter.

- The discount will be applied automatically during the checkout process.


**9. Privacy and Data Security**


- Dopoosen is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all users' data. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information.


**Changes to the Policy**


- Dopoosen reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through the Application or other appropriate means.

Groceries Handling Guidelines for Customers
